I deal with one on one personal communication with my customers to ensure they are getting what they requested.

To order a custom needle felting of a pet, it is essential for personal contact as I require many different angles of pictures to be sent to me of the pet I am creating as well as discussing which pose you would like the pet to be done in. 

I takes approximately 2 weeks to create each wool statue

Pastel Portraits will require many images again to capture the pets' true expression. I will send a completed portrait for final approval before shipping

Shipping and handling is not included in the listing prices.

For custom orders which include macrame, felted statues and pastel portraits, I will  require a 50% deposit of the total cost before I will start any orders, with the balance  paid in full before I will ship your custom order

When ordering, I will give you a rough estimate on these costs before starting each item as they vary from Province to Province as well as across the border.
